To provide support to Director of Social Care and Children's Services in an efficient, effective and high quality manner
Main Duties to include:
Responsible for the organisation and provision of administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Social Care and Children's Services. This will include electronic diary management, dictation, word-processing, mail management, file maintenance and the preparation of papers, reports, presentations, briefings etc.
Research, collation and presentation of information and reports as necessary.
Drafting correspondence and reports
To assist in organising meetings
To deal with the receipt, distribution and action of all mail and correspondence, including email.
To maintain diaries and make appointments and arrange meetings
Must have experience of working as a Personal Assistant at Director or equivalent level.
Your role will be based in Belfast , working between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week; in return you will be paid at £11.53 per hour.
