Brook Street is delighted to be seeking a Band IV Personal Secretary for our client in the Craigavon area; this is a fantastic opportunity for those with secretarial experience and Microsoft Office skills! This is a temporary role for the duration of three months provisionally.
Duties you will be responsible for will include;
" Word processing/audio typing letters and reports
" Arranging and servicing meetings, including issuing invitations and updating information systems
" Maintaining diaries and making appointments
" Sorting and processing information
" File archiving using both paper and electronic filing systems
" Dealing with telephone calls and queries
To be eligible for this role, you will have A Level 4 qualification i.e. HNC or equivalent/higher qualification in a business/administrative related subject and 1 years` experience in a personal secretary role. Or you will hold 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification and 2 years` experience in a in personal secretary role.
In lieu of these qualifications, 3 years` experience in a personal secretary role will meet the necessary criteria.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Word is essential for this role.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday (37.5hours per week). In return, you will be paid £9.83 per hour.
