PROJECT ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT OFFICERS
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking multiple Project Administration Support Supervisors to work with our clients within the healthcare sector for a period of at least 3 months in Belfast City Centre.
The key assigned tasks are likely to be
Supervise administrative officers undertaking the following tasks and participate in tasks as appropriate:
Searching electronic and hard copy folders and naming and organising these according to clear guidance.
Naming indexing and archiving documents
Scanning and quality checking documents from hard copy to electronic formats.
Highlighting information to be reviewed by subject experts
Supporting project managers and legal advisor with other general administrative duties such as action notes and setting up meetings.
Clear written and Oral communication
Use of ICT and all common applications such as usual Microsoft Packages

be proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word; and
have at least one years` experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.
The hours of work are from 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). The rate of pay is £11.20 per hour
