Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge in 2022? Are you looking for a HYBRID role that will allow you to work from home and in the office?


Brook Street (UK) Ltd are seeking someone to work as a Project Support for a leading Public Sector client in Belfast. The client is looking someone who can work a minimum of 22.5 hours per week up to a maximum of 37.5 hours. They are offering Hybrid working with work from home and from their Boucher Crescent location.

Duties will include :
Service Delivery
Responsible for the organisation and provision of administrative duties and project support to the team. This will include diary management, meeting management, minute taking, word processing, mail management, file maintenance and the preparation of papers, reports, briefings etc to ensure that project requirements are met
Utilise a range of software packages in the performance of the post including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, specialist software, ensuring a high degree of technical skills
Providing support to service users, ensuring queries or requests are dealt with in line with project and system processes and procedures
Undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade that may be assigned from time to time by senior officers
Development and Innovation
Engage in personal and professional development to maintain a high level of relevant knowledge and skills
Design and produce posters and articles, where required, promoting service to encourage innovation
Collaborative Working
Liaise with customers, colleagues, suppliers/vendors as required, ensuring good relationships are maintained at all times
Communication and Information Management
Assist senior management in the formulation of policy, procedures, standards and guidance
Support team to embed best practice structure and management of project documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate project records are maintained.
Financial and Resource Management
Support the monitoring and review of supplier contracts and payment of supplier invoices
Track project spend against budget.

It would be ideal to have your own mode of transport or be willing to commute to Boucher Crescent

The hours of work are full time at 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday between 0900 - 1700 although part time hours will be considered for the right candidate with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week and the hourly rate is £11.53 per hour
