Brook Street Recruitment is recruiting a Band 3 Clerical officer role for our client in Lisburn to provide a secretarial/administrative service/support within a department/section.
Our client has confirmed that the role is temporary ongoing, Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700
The successful applicant will be responsible for typing up all dictations/audio typing
Sending referral letters from Doctors to patients
Send copies of referral letters to GP`s
Filing in numerical order
Word processing/audio typing letters/producing reports.
Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate.
Dealing with general enquiries.
Sorting and processing information.
Preparation of statistical information.
Dealing with requests for information.
Dealing with telephone calls.
Applicants must have OCR Level II (Parts 1 & 2) Text processing/Word processing or equivalent qualification OR a minimum of 1 years word processing experience.
4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including Maths and English or English Language (excluding English Literature) AND 1 years secretarial experience
or, Two year's secretarial experience
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.09 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
