Are you experienced in Project Lead or Project Coordinator and seeking a new role within the Public Sector? If yes then this may be the role for you!

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Band V Project Lead/ Coordinator for 12 months with the possibility of extension for our Public Sector client in Belfast City Centre.

Our public sector client would like someone with at least one years` experience in project environment, either as a project manager or project coordinator, to work in their busy administration team.

The hours of work will be between 09:00 -1700 Monday to Friday (37:5 hours per week) . Rate of pay will be £12.74 per hour and this will be paid on a weekly basis.

Duties will include:

Work with project managers to investigate causes of any variance from objectives.
Establish and maintain project management tools and templates as a resource for the directorate
Process Mapping
Liaise with customers and suppliers as necessary to ensure achievement of project
Lead the project items and ensure their on-time delivery based on the project framework
Coordination of projects relating to the development of process improvements and enhanced reporting facilities.
Collate information
Use of IT systems
Work with project managers to investigate causes of any variance from objectives.
Establish and maintain project management tools and templates as a resource for the directorate

You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have four GCSEs at grade C and above and be educated to degree level.

Previous experience in Project Management methodologies, like PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma (e.g. Green/Black Belt) would be desirable or within a similar role.
