Job Description

Our client is looking for a Bank Reconciliation Clerk to work temporarily, immediate start!

Your duties will include: posting and allocating cash onto the accounting system, creating payments, using software such as MS dynamics ax , providing general accounts office support within a team. This is a fast paced role working within a fantastic company for between 6-8 weeks. Must have experience of multi currency reconciliations and multi bank reconciliations

Must haves

+reconciliations experience Be able to work to short deadlines with the utmost accuracy.
+Identify differences and discrepancies in reconciliations and escalate where necessary.
+Be able to spot differences in patterns when undertaking a repetitive task and understand when to continue with the task and when to escalate showing excellent attention to detail.
+Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
+Proficient with formulas, look-ups, pivot tables in excel to perform manual reconciliation and reporting.

+experience with Microsoft dynamics ax essential!
