If you like the idea of working with a close-knit team in a contact centre and admin based role then this could be for you. Our client trains their employees to an excellent standard through their robust training programme, although some knowledge of customer service of would be desirable.
In your new role, your work will involve handling calls from businesses across the UK to take calls, liaise with suppliers and arrange branch visits. Although call centre experience is desirable, we are looking for candidates with good time keeping and a good telephone manner.
35 Hour working week
The operational working hours are: 8-8 - Mon - Sat
Typical hours: 0900 - 1700
Starting salary £8.36, Increases after 12 weeks.
