Job Description

My client in Lincoln within the Industrial Sector are looking for a Bench Team Member on a temporary on-going position, the client are a leading manufacturer of industrial weighing and inspection technologies, providing products, solutions, and services to the production industry for increasing the reliability, safety and efficiency of production and packaging lines.

Job Requirements:

- General Deburring duties
- Assembling of complex parts to be specified requirements
- Single-piece/batch work
- Ensuring processed parts conform to drawing
- Ensuring parts are processed in the allowed time
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate
- Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required
- Achieving Production/Arrears/Quality/Efficiency targets as identified by Production Management

Essential:

Desirable:

- NVQ in Engineering manufacture or equivalent/Advanced Modern Apprenticeship
- Previous experience of working in an engineering environment
- English Language and Maths to GCSE grade C or above
- Computer literate
- Experience in the use of standard measurement equipment

There are two shift patterns - WEEK A and WEEK B

Week A - 6am - 1pm

Week B - 12:45pm - 7:55pm (Finish at 7pm on Friday)
