Our client, a well- established statistical software distribution company providing training and consultancy services with offices throughout the world - is currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to fill the position of Sales Administrator who is bi-lingual in English and French
This is a newly created role due to expansion, working as the most junior member of a team of 6. Your key responsibilities will be to support the Sales team and provide a customer centric service using their CRM system and providing support with database management.
There will be the opportunity to up sell where you identify needs however this is not a sales role but could progress that way for the right candidate if that is what they are looking for in the future. You will be providing advise to add value , provide quotes, run reports, deal with purchase orders, maintain renewal agreements and chase invoices.
We are looking for someone pro-active and a proven team player. You will be a bi-lingual French speaker with experience in a similar customer focused role. Strong communication skills are key along with a flexible and `can-do` attitude.
