Job Description

Our client based in the centre of Cardiff is looking for a Welsh speaking Registration Support for a Fixed Term Contract role until end of September 2021. This position will be working from home

A professional. dedicated, well organised and flexible individual who has worked in a customer service environment competent using Microsoft office suite specially word, outlook and excel as well as being a fluent Welsh speaker is needed.

The involves providing telephone and email advice, supporting to customers through the medium of Welsh and English. Processing payments, data cleansing and updating customer details and collating information.
