Our client an established company based in the Pentwyn area of Cardiff is looking for a Technical Helpdesk Engineer to work in their busy and growing Technical Services team
A European language is required, French, German, Spanish, Polish or any other European language needed along with strong technical knowledge.
You will be carrying out remote technical vetting, fault rectification and call closure of faults logged on customer`s equipment. To support field service engineers` in identifying faults, ordering parts and coordinating activities to successfully achieve customer service level agreements.
You will be part of a busy technical service group working 37.5 hours per week working evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
