I am recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service/Processing Team Leader for a government project based in Solihull. They are also open to a job share. This position will be paying £12.66 per hour. This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential to go Fixed-Term/Permanent. Please note these shifts will be afternoon/evening shifts.
This is a professional and growing company; they assist in the application of and help customers complete their Visa and Immigration applications. This is a chance to join very conscientious, sociable and friendly team. These vacancies have come about due to a growth requirement for the current team.
You will be looking after 5 - 6 agents and will be responding to `At Need` customer queries regarding Visa and Immigration where you will need to show high confidentiality. You will be assisting customers using your outstanding Customer Service skills in terms of application assistance, complaint handling and general enquiries.
Successful candidates will need to have an eye for detail and will be checking documents for accuracy as a large part of the role. Adaptability is also key as your Team Leading responsibilities and supporting applications will be interchangeable in the working day, as the business requires.
Requirements of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate longevity in a Team Leading background
- Having a knowledge and understanding of Custom Service
- Display clear experience of Team Leading within a Customer Service setting
- Have an understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
- Attention to detail and strong data inputting skills
- Have clear and concise verbal communication techniques
A Team Leader should expect to be paid £12.66 per hour. Should one candidate take this post, contracted hours will be between 30-32 hours a week. A job share will be based on a 15 and 19 hour week alternating.
