DO you have book keeping experience and ready to hit the ground running?
A fantastic company is looking to add to their team, Liverpool city based.
Must have a proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Experience in working in a client facing role with excellent customer service experience
Main duties to include.
Maintaining accurate client records and computerised accounts systems
Detecting and preventing fraud
Complying with AML regulations
Answering the phone
Compile and review information for accuracy
Bookkeeping for VAT returns
Filing VAT returns
Setting up pension schemes
Answering phone calls & liaising with clients
Phone Xero training with clients
Balance sheet control and Journals.
Accounts reconciliation and Variance analysis
Account payable and receivable
Strong Mathematical skills
Must have the following experience:
Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)
Administrative assistant: 1 year (Required)
QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
Knowledge of Sage/ Xero accountancy software an advantage
Minimum 7 GCSE's grade A* - D
Competent use of all Microsoft Office software
