Job Description

We are looking for 2 booking advisors to join our client Npower on a long-term temporary basis

If you have a strong customer service background, then this may be the opportunity for you

  • NPower - Booking Advisor
  • Location: Regus Leeds Thorpe Park 1200 Century Way, Leeds, England LS15 8ZA
  • Salary: 9.96per hour
  • Assignment length: Temporary - 6 months (most likely will be extended and opportunities to turn permanent)
    Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours, between 8 - 6)

Npower are a British supplier of gas and electricity to homes and businesses

Role Overview:
As a booking advisor, you will be responsible for ringing clients and scheduling appointments with them so a gas engineer can come out to their property and carry out gas maintenance checks

Responsibilities:

  • Calling customers to schedule appointments
  • Offer upbeat customer service to ensure the customers experience with the company is a good one
  • Administration via setting up appointments on the system
  • Communicating with engineers and schedulers to ensure engineers will be available for certain dates
  • Data entry
  • Managing an email inbox dealing with customer queries

What we are looking for:

  • Confident in dealing with customers
  • Confident and competent over the phone
  • Candidates will also need to understand some conversations will be challenging yet some will be rewarding
  • Brilliant written & verbal communication
  • Confident in using MS Office packages

Training will be provided, and Npower have a really good support team to ensure you succeed in the role

Training will take place in the office however once trained up you will have the opportunity to work from home
