Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading accountancy firm for a Bookkeeper to join a top 15 accountancy firm in the UK based in Herefordshire.

My client is looking for someone who has at least 1-2 years experience as a bookkeeper, who is organised and has fantastic attention to detail.

Day to day you would be responsible for: Sales purchase ledger on nominal ledger management, preparation and filing of clients VAT returns, VAT reconciliation, wages transactions and reconciliation of salaries and wages control accounts, petty cash and expenses management, and intercompany transactions.

You will have experience of using Sage Line 50, Xero or QuickBooks.

To be considered you will have good ICT skills and proven success in customer service/ client satisfaction.

Experience using cloud accounting is desirable but not essential.

The role is full time and Monday - Friday.

Salary is competitive dependant on experience and training requirements.
