We've a new opening for a Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant we have a great team and amazing staff perks and retention but we can't stop somebody from retiring so we have a seat to fill!
Based near Kingston we have a lovely office that creates a bright and productive work place. We predominantly work with Charities and Non-for profit organisations so we like to think we're a caring bunch who look after both our colleagues and clients alike.
Your new position will be to come in and keep a close eye on the books, keeping them up to date, invoices sent, preparing VAT submissions, keeping on top of credit control, liaising with our Accountant and generally being super on Sage.
Although surrounded with great people here you will be the finance team of 1 so we want you to be a self starter who really cares for their job. Sage Line 50 is our tool of choice and ideally we would like somebody who is confident on making a few outbound calls when it comes to Credit Control.
Our ideal candidate would have been there and done that got the T-shirt. We would like somebody who has looked after the ins and outs of a finance department. Keeping a close eye on the books while being organised and methodical in their process.
