Brook Street would be pleased to hear from experienced Bookkeepers who are based within Newmarket, Bury St. Edmunds, Cambridge or surrounding areas.

We have an exciting full-time position available for a highly respected accountancy firm in the area.

Duties will primarily involve preparing VAT returns, general bookkeeping and management accounts for various clients.

To be successfully considered, you will be:

• Part- or fully-qualified AAT, with at least 2 years` experience of bookkeeping.
• Sage experience is preferred. We would also like to hear from you if you have used cloud based bookkeeping software previously, and have experience using Xero, Quickbooks or ideally all the above software.
• You are a deadline-driven individual with a solutions-oriented mindset
• You enjoy working in small teams and bring a positive energy to the group dynamic
• Due to the nature of the role, you must also have a full UK driving licence and a vehicle
