Brook Street UK Ltd is delighted to be recruiting a Book keeper/Office Administrator for our client based in Belfast City Centre
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known household name in the heart of the City
You will be responsible for an array of duties including:
Record any cheques received in the post in ledger on server - daily
Make up lodgements for cheques and bring to the bank- daily
Take customer consumable orders, record in order book, ring order through to supplier, raise invoice- daily
Take quote requests, record on tracker, and email to Contracts Manager to arrange meeting- daily
Record customer feedback on the tracker; inform relevant supervisor and Contracts Manager of same- daily
Record supplier invoices on sage and arrange payment- daily
Generate recurring customer invoices on the 1st of each month - monthly
Generate manual invoices on the 1st of each month- monthly
Upload customer invoices to their respective systems where needed- monthly
Issue credit notes as necessary (must be signed off by supervisor prior)- monthly
Recalculate monthly invoices for changes made to customers cleaning hours- monthly
This role is suitable to applicants that can positively contribute to the team be flexible and adaptable to change
Candidates must be able to show proven record in a busy finance and administration role.
Experience in invoicing, credit control, debt recovery calls and managing incoming payments.
Proven and regular experience using Sage 50 accounts
Experience in dealing with enquiries in a customer service environment
In return you will be paid an attractive hourly rate of £9.23 to £10.25 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
