Job Description

Brook Street is looking for a Branch Co-ordinator in Bath!

My client, a well established hearing aid specialist is looking to appoint a member of staff to join their team in Bath as a Branch Co-ordinator on a full time basis Monday - Friday 9-5.

The purpose of the job is to make a significant contribution to delivering maximum profit by effective and efficient diary management, provision of exceptional customer care, maximising sales of accessories and care plans and ensuring a well presented branch, consistent with a premium brand. The role will be primarily focusing on supporting diary management within the area.

Ideally you will have had experience working in a role where you have influenced and motivated customers and worked towards targets to contribute to the success of the business. You will also need to have extensive experience in diary management and administration to ensure smooth running of the branch. You will be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to pick up in house systems.

You will need to be confident, organised and have excellent inter-personal skills as well as a drive and desire to provide outstanding customer service and be results orientated. This position also requires someone who can use their initiative when challenging situations arise whilst also following a logical and systematic approach.

Diary Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: up to £20,000
