The Branch Manager of our Temporary and Permanent team in our Leicester office is responsible for Brook Street's Temporary and Permanent recruitment, specialising in Business Professional and office Support throughout the Leicestershire area

You will be an experienced Coach, Leader and Mentor, focused on developing your team to their full potential, investing your time in supporting them to deliver and exceed on expectations while also taking an active role in selling our brand to expand our market and business opportunities.

Experience Required
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in being part of a "business winning" recruitment team and have a full understanding of the Temporary and Permanent markets and sectors that Brook Street currently operate in.

You will be part of the East Midlands Region, and gain support and best practice ideas from our other Branch Managers across the Country and the ManpowerGroup brands
