My client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join their vibrant and upbeat estate agency team based in St Albans.

You will need to be a real people person, friendly and a passion for excellent customer service. You should be a team player, who is enthusiastic, compassionate and hard working. My client is looking for someone who can build strong and long lasting relationships with potential clients. You must be driven and target orientated with great communication skills.

Ideally someone who is local to St Albans or very familiar with the local area, with a clear understanding of the local property market.

Key responsibilities:

" The day to day running of the office, working closely with staff to maximise income and profit.
" Conducting market appraisals.
" Managing Negotiators.
" Finalising monthly figures and reporting to the Director.
" Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
" Listing and selling properties
" Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise the selling value.
" Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers
" Legally overseeing the sale of properties.

Salary: 28,000 + 20k commission split between personal and percentage share of office income - percentage depends on experience

Hours: Normal office hours
