Brook Street are delighted to be supporting a thriving local Estate Agent who are searching for an experienced Branch Manager/ Valuer.

To work from their modern office situated just outside Newcastle city centre, to manage and be responsible for a team of 5 staff who deal with rental, sale and fully managed residential properties.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

" Responsible for the day to day running of the office
" To set targets
" Collating of monthly figures
" To carry out valuations if required
" Key holder

A company car may be available, free car parking just outside office too!

" Full time permanent role
" Monday - Friday 9-5.30
" 1 Saturday in 3
" Free parking
" 21 days + bank holidays
" £22000 + depending on experience
" Immediate Interview & Start
