Our Client based in Farnborough is looking for an experienced manager to lead a small team.
Entirely responsible for the smooth running of the Hub, to ensure customer needs are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is achieved.
You will excel at motivating the staff to achieve their goals whilst monitoring their progress being aware of financial indicators of performance and work towards increasing profitability via cost control.
Ultimately taking responsibility for all aspects of the management of the branch such as facilities, security, transport and equipment.
