Job Description

Experienced hotel breakfast supervisor wanted for 4 red star hotel based in Inverness. This role could quickly lead to more senior management roles within the hotel for the right person.

As the breakfast supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the guests enjoy exemplary service for their first meal of the day. Your typical shift will include completing set-up for breakfast in the restaurant and buffet, assisting with order taking and serving food to guests, clearing breakfast away in preparation for lunch service, making orders for buffet items and juices for breakfast next-day.

You will work alongside a small team each morning where you will delegate/share daily tasks and ensure that service standards are consistent and to a high quality. Your shifts will start at 6.30am and finish at 3.30/4.00pm, 5 days a week including weekends.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, understand reliability and consistency are imperative and have the ability to motivate staff.
