A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior level Building & Facilities professional with Heath & Safety experience for a local, Cardiff based employer. This is an on site role.

This is a temporary role whilst my client recruits permanently. Working this temporary role would give you a good advantage if you chose to apply permanently

Duties will include:

• Managing the decanting of 3 different sites - lots of furniture, equipment moves, potential disposal of items, updating of records etc
• Potentially setting up labs
• Organising the collection and return of equipment from the homes of staff
• Organising PAT testing across sites.
• Reviewing PEEPS.
• Coordinating and assisting with faults and problems raised.
• Preparing for H&S audit in spring
