Job Description

I am looking for a part time Surveyor to work 2 days a week in Manchester (North-East Manchester, Newton Heath)

*Please note salary is £15 - £18 per hour * for 2 full days per week! (These days are negotiable)

You will be responsible for undertaking detailed inspections, analysing problems, writing specifications and project managing a wide range of maintenance projects covering areas such as disrepair issues, structural defects, party wall agreements,damp investigations,defects, property defects etc. Familiarity with all relevant property regulations will be beneficial. If you have any Fire safety Certification this is very beneficial.

This position would suit someone who is semi-retired or ideally someone who may be self employed looking to boost your income.
