Our client located in Preston is seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join their professional team.
Ideally, you will hold an NVQ in Business Administration & have previous experience working in a professional services environment (accountancy/finance desirable)
You must be able to drive in order to support when required in other locations.
Duties will include, yet are not limited to:
" Providing administration support across the Firm
" Answering phones and dealing with queries
" Assisting with the set-up of new clients, produce engagement letters and the sending of accounts electronically
" Providing basic PA support and diary management.
" Continually seeking opportunities to improve processes, linking with wider service line efficiency projects
" Be proficient in the use of MS office (specifically Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel)
" Have strong administration, organisation and communication skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
" Have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, Partners and colleagues
" Have a professional telephone and personal manner
" Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility
" Hold a full clean driving licence or ability to travel to our other offices
LOCATION: Preston, Lancashire
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 0900-1730 (1-hour lunch)
CONTRACT: 12 month Fixed Term
