Job Description

My public sector client based in Lichfield is looking for an Business Administrator, to support their Technical department. This is a temporary on-going assignment Monday to Friday paying £13.70 p/hr, full time 37.50 hours a week. This role will be fully on site and is a 6 month assignment.

The role is to assist the client in their rollout of Win10 devices across the business. The Support role will also be involved in the provision of IT Hardware (laptops, iPads, iPhones, LGs) and Software across the organisations footprint both in the UK and Overseas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising delivery and stock accounting of technical equipment and will need to support the preparation of equipment prior to delivery to meet the stated requirement. This will involve, providing progress reporting as instructed and asset allocation and recording on their systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong data base and organisational experience. You must have an attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment. You will be articulate, an excellent communicator and effective team player.

This role will require a DBS clearance and three years' referencing.
