Job Description

My Public Sector Client is looking for a strong administrator for a temporary assignment based in Edgbaston. The role is paying £9.31 and then £9.95 in the 13th working week. This role would be full time, from Monday to Friday.

You must be an experienced, motivated and professional administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills. You must also be experienced in supporting day to day meetings, taking accurate notes/minutes as required and following up on actions. The role will include some travel to their site in Worcester for team meetings.

Your role would essentially be a support for their teams to ensure that their portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively.This would include the co-ordination of specific data returns and the collation of these into one report. You would also be working with other Administrators to administer the organisations on-call system. Ultimately you will need to provide high quality support including the setting up and administration of Transformation Assurance meetings, telephone conference calls, diary management, travel bookings and so forth for the locality team.
