Job Description

My Public Sector Client is looking for a strong administrator for a temporary assignment for 3 months then has a potential to be ongoing. The role is paying £8.85 and would be full time, from Monday to Friday based in Solihull.

You will be the PA to a Director within the company. You will be managing their diary, assisting with the day to day running, diary planning, and travel arrangements (international and national). You will be taking informal minutes during team meetings, making action points and chasing appropriate managers.


You MUST have strong Powerpoint skills as you will be helping to develop presentations for the director. You must be an experienced, motivated and professional administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills. You must also be experienced in supporting day to day meetings and full admin support for the team. The role will include diary management and looking after several in boxes.
