The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you'll support our organisational transformation program by providing advanced analysis and support for business transformation projects. You'll identify, capture, and analyse user needs, drive deliverables, support stakeholder management, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
" Deliver detailed business and functional requirement specifications.
" Map as-is and to-be processes.
" Assess potential solutions for technical and business suitability.
" Identify improvement areas for existing systems and work-flows.
" Present findings and requirements to stakeholders and obtain sign-off.
" Challenge business teams to ensure optimal solutions.
" Provide input to test scenarios and plans.
" Continuously review and update requirements and business processes.
" Introduce best practices for business analysis.
" Support supplier management and process.
" Conduct impact assessment and analysis for change requests.

What We're Looking For:
Knowledge:
" Best practices in digital and data transformation, project management, and solution design.
" Change management and business adoption of digital solutions.
" Business process improvement and design.
" User research best practices.
Experience:
" Substantial experience in Business Analysis for complex business change projects.
" Proven success in managing stakeholder relationships independently.
" Customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering usable solutions.
" Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
" Ability to challenge and build consensus with key stakeholders.

Skills:
" Strong technical knowledge, including the solution development lifecycle.
" Ability to conduct thorough analysis from various sources.
" Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
" Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
" Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
