Job Description

Our client based in Canary Wharf is responsible for a workplace pension scheme designed around the needs of employers and workers. They work with outsourcing partners to deliver the scheme and are currently looking for an addition to the Product Design team both on the permanent side as well as a fixed term contract.

Your role will centre around analysis and recommendations, ensuring cost effectiveness, increasing revenues and improving risk management. You will be working very closely with their outsourcing partners, providing them with a single point of contact on product related issues.

We are looking for candidates with experience in a business analysis role, ideally within pensions or from a customer-centric self-service financial product. A consumer led technology solutions environment would also be considered.

You must possess excellent analytical skills,strong MS Office skills, with the proven ability to develop recommendations for improvements based on solid reasoning. Communication skills are of the up most importance as you will be liaising with other teams within the organisation as well as their outsourcing partners.
