Business analyst - Business productivity EMEA
Thames Valley Park, Reading
Contract is 30 June 2019

Job Description
The Business Analyst role adds value to the brand by developing key insights and enabling critical decision-making that helps the Business Productivity team in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) manage their business performance.

This isn't a ba creating reports, they are creating insights to supply back to the business - how they drive action to the business

Candidate Requirements
Top three Skills
1. Excel - intermediate; pivots, manipulating data
2. Insights - data insights; really understanding the actions coming out of the data and doesn't just read reports.
3. Financial metric analysis/reporting
We are also looking for candidates to also have the following skills/requirements:
" Person must be comfortable to work remotely without having a team physically around them.
" Management reporting, analytic, operational process and business intelligence experience
" High Proficiency with Excel, and at least one commercial reporting tool.
" Experience in specifying business requirements and BI development.
" Exceptionally strong communication skills (both written and verbal), strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diversity of business users, of different technical abilities
" Self-starter who is able to effectively manage time and work load.
" An independent learner who is able to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvements and reach out for resource.
