Job Description

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hourly rate: £12.74
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 6 weeks (possibility of being extended, but at businesses discretion)

I am currently looking for a Band 5 Senior Business and Operational Delivery Administrator. This position is fixed-term, for 6 weeks to support the setting up of a new HR Service, ensuring all process documents are in place.

The role will be working alongside our HR Team Leader and Payroll Manager ensuring all processes and procedures are documented to support the wider HR team and the organisation.

You will have:

- An understanding of Microsoft Office Systems
- Intermediate to advanced Visio skills
- Administrative experience
- Strong time management skills,
- Knowledge of general administration procedures
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong written communication skills, Strong attention to detail, Verbal communication skills.

Remote working fully supported currently. At least 3 days would be expected in the office if we return to normal.
