Job Description

Business & Operational Delivery Administrator - NHS Digital

Pay rate- £11.53ph
Hours- Monday Friday (9-5)
Part time option available (minimum 22.5 hours per week)
Location- Leeds (mainly remote working- occasional office working)

Brook street are looking for a Business & Operational Delivery Administrator to work for our client, NHS Digital. This is a temporary position for at least 6 months with potential extension. This is an exciting position, working within a highly supportive team!

The role will include:

  • Providing high quality secretariat and administrative support for internal meetings
  • Managing and responding to customer enquiries, via the "Service Now" help desk tool, liaising with the Clinical Classification's training team as appropriate
  • Maintaining email distribution lists and organisation charts
  • Dealing with ad hoc administrative tasks commissioned by members of the specialist Classifications / Terminology / Pharmacy teams which the Business Management Team [BMT] support
  • Scanning/Sorting/Uploading files onto systems occasionally

Skills required for the role:

  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to support meetings, including the timely collation and dissemination of documents
  • Taking minutes and completing actions effectively
  • Ability to prioritise / re-prioritise to ensure business needs are met, in an often fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Good team player / willingness to assist colleagues to ensure that the team delivers a high-quality service to our internal and external customers
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, PowerBi and Visio
