Job Description

Do you have business change management and project experience at the highest level within the financial services sector?

Our City based insurance client is looking for someone like you to optimise process performance across their business and facilitate the smooth and effective introduction of changes, including new business areas.

You will provide leadership and direction for the development and continuous improvement of the organisation`s management system, coupled with hands-on project management.

You will support the Management Board in developing a culture of systematic management and accountability.

You MUST be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working with top teams including cross functional and international working, at a strategic level.

We need someone with a minimum 5 years experience of project and change management experience within a financial services environment.

You will have excellent facilitation skills, be emotionally intelligent with excellent communication and people skills. You will have a practical understanding of processes and process improvement.

Additionally you will have a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 as a management tool, together with well-developed audit skills.

We need an enthusiastic, resilient optimist with a can-do approach and a strong drive to improve.
