It`s your job to take down detailed job descriptions from Clients that are recruiting, agree interview dates and times where your resourcing team will pre-select Candidates for Interview.
It`s all about building relationships. For those companies not recruiting now it`s up to you to get to know them by staying in regular contact and building lasting relationships that lead to repeat business. We offer a great chance to build your own desk and become the best.
The ideal candidate will be eager to grow into a new career. A quick thinker who can communicate confidently and clearly with a large range of clients. If you can multitask and keep organised while keeping track of multiple projects this could be for you.

Previous experience with Telesales or Business Development would be preferable. If you have recent experience with a recruitment agency from a sales perspective that would be amazing!
