Job Description

Exceptional Business Development Manager is required, with a previous history selling Security, CCTV and Access Systems

This company is a well established and very successful organisation, established for over 20 years with exciting expansion plans. They specialise in high end security systems (Panasonic, Avigilon, Honeywell, XPlan, Microtech, Kantech, Pelco, Axis).

Duties within the role will include:
Attend industry exhibition / suppliers` demonstration on request of the director
Keep updated with new industry products
Gain market intelligence and feedback into the Company
Report regularly to the director on leads / orders / market intelligence

SALES
Follow sales strategy as proposed by the Directors
Generate leads in the UK through cold calling and networking activities
Raise quotations as per Clarion`s format, price list and procedure
Generate business by turning the leads into order
Achieve sales targets as set and reviewed by the Directors
Arrange and attend appointments in the UK and carry out demonstrations for potential clients



You should be a self starter and be motivated to achieve targets. Great communication skills are essential together with a confident manner and the ability to deal with people at all levels.

Previous experience within the security industry is required, with full knowledge of IP systems with the ability to design systems for clients

Salary is around £30 - 35k plus car and benefits.
