Job Description

Are you someone that enjoys the thrill of business development? Would you like to ensure there is key business development across sales functions and the ability to set up the field sales team with the closing of sales?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Birkenhead area, you will be expected to be responsible for all gathering of market intelligence and lead generation that benefits the company from a business development capacity.


Benefits in this role include:


A competitive basic salary that ranges between £23,000-£25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Working hours of 0900-1700 Mon-Fri (35 hours working week).

Key day to day duties include:

" Working closely with the field sales and marketing teams to proactively develop new business opportunities through proactively targeting potential and existing customers
" Working within marketing campaigns to build the company's sales pipeline
" Understanding existing customer challenges to then proactively identify new opportunities
" Liaising with the marketing team to develop marketing messages
" Prospecting repeat business by utilising the company's CRM database

" Must either be a graduate with relevant business management degree honors
" Worked towards KPI's (this could relate from call targets to the identifying of new sales opportunities)
