Working within a energetic and fast paced business in Selby we are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to work within the Sales Team which is made up of driven individuals who are committed to the business.

If you have had experience within in a sales environment and are looking for the next step in your career then this is the role for you. This is a really great opportunity with a company who will provided coaching and training along the way.

For this role you must have a proven track record within a sales arena and possess the ability and drive to learn and succeed. You must be organised and able to work well on your own but also fit into to the office team.

The ideal candidate will be driven to deliver exceptional customer service and have strong attention to detail. You must want to be part of the continued success and growth the business is going through, there are development and training opportunities and the company will work with you on your career journey to support your ongoing development in the business. Being a fun and energetic team, you must be able to bring your sense of humour and personality to the role and business.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Websites would be advantageous but not essential as training could be provided.

Benefits include: basic salary of 23,000 with OTE 35,000, Monday to Friday no weekends, 25 days holiday per year plus 1 additional day for each completed year of service up to a max of 30 days at 5 years service, pension scheme, ongoing training and professional development.
