Who you will be working for
An establish UK company who provide high quality services to clients worldwide.
Our client is looking for a candidate who will provide highest level of sales and customer service, you will need to have desire to see a job through to completion. The successful candidate will need to be very self-driven, organised and a good understanding of reaching high set targets.
The individual will need to be ambitious and work extremely well under pressure. You will be expected to bring in new client business but also maintain all existing client business.
You will be expected to generate new orders and complete all quotes and purchase orders.
This is a sales, customer service and an administrating role so a varied position.
What our client is looking for
- Ensuring administration is completed efficiently
- Good telephone and confident manner
- Good knowledge of tender process (not essential)
- Prepare and modify documents including reports, quote templates, service/maintenance quotes and emails
- Microsoft experience, Good knowledge of Excel, Word
- Building and Maintaining good customer relations
- Sage system knowledge
- Handling website enquiries
- Seeking new opportunities and following up enquiries
- Maintaining and building the medical database (Sage CRM system)
- Sales Forecasting
- Commercially astute and competitive
- Confident and proactive personality
