Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our Central London branch based in the West End. A basic salary of up to £22,500 is on offer plus on target earnings of £35,000 in your first year.

As a Business Development Executive for Brook Street, you will be responsible for developing existing clients, generating new business and placing candidates into permanent roles in London. You will be focusing on sectors such as Finance, HR and Office Support amongst others.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you must have a proven track record of success in a target based environment and be motivated by money and success. You will be confident, able to work well under pressure and have clear goals and motivations for the future.

You will be working to targets and have specific KPIs for sales calls, client meetings, new business generated and revenue generated. This means you can't be shy of the phone or meeting clients face to face.
