Business Development Executive
This is a field-based role covering the Midlands, with an office hub based in Telford
Salary - £22,000 - £28,000pa DOE + OTE circa £50,000
Company car provided.
My client is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join them on a permanent basis within an exciting new role.
Will have experience in a Sales role where you have sold a service as opposed to a product
Have experience of working within the supply chain or automotive field
You will have B2B sales experience
Be able to demonstrate excellent written & oral communication skills
Have a self-motivated resilient personality
Be able to manage your time effectively
Hold a current valid driving licence as you will be field based
Be able to compile creative engaging sales pitches and present these to clients face to face
You will be responsible for generating new business revenue streams through the reactivation of lapsed clients and through identification and conversion of new business. You will be managing your own diary and time effectively. In this role you will be selling a service to clients within the automotive sector and looking to diversify the sale of your services into new business sectors. You will be compiling technical quotations, chasing up and closing sales to maximise income streams. You will be liaising with internal colleagues to ensure client demands are met and you will need to ensure that the in house sales database is updated accurately and effectively.
