Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for our Belfast City Centre based client due to continued expansion we require a new addition to our existing and growing sales team.

Dealing with washroom and facilities services you will be part of a global distributing company selling our clients own products manufactured here in Northern Ireland alongside world leading hand dryer manufacturers including Dyson, Mitsubishi, Xlerator, World Dryers and more.

The sales division will mainly focus on contracts within NI with further contracts in GB and ROI. Due to our clients high aspirations to become the number 1 choice for washroom services within Northern Ireland you will have the ability to compete at any level, on any aspect, with any other service provider to assist you with objection handling and company`s current suppliers.

To be successful in this role you will be heavily focused on travelling to visit customers and prospective clients within Northern Ireland at their sites with a view to selling a range of contracted services on offer. Due to the products you have to offer every business in Northern Ireland is a potential customer.

Responsibilities?
* Managing your own time and work schedule for the best results
* Generate and qualify leads with the aim of closing deals and generating revenue
* Develop and maintain a customer database
* Source and develop client referrals
* Prepare sales action plans and schedules
* Assist in development and maintenance of sales and promotional materials
* Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
* Make sales calls to new and existing clients
* Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
* Negotiate with clients to secure a beneficial package and future business opportunities
* Develop sales proposals
* Present sales contracts
* Maintain sales activity records and reports
* Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
* Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
* Follow up on sales activity
* Quality checks on product and service delivery
* Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
* Conduct market research and surveys
* Participate in sales events
* Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

You need
* An ambitious, outgoing, dedicated personality.
* Excellent organisational, relationship building and customer service skills
* High focus on obtaining new, repeat service contracts within Northern Ireland
* Driven, dynamic individual, keen to take on a role of responsibility from the outset.
* Able to use initiative in the field & manage your time effectively for the best results
* Background in business development, preferably in the same sector or similar
* Full valid UK driving Licence with no more than 3 points
* Capable of achieving/exceeding set Key Performance Indicators and targets set by senior management.

Experience:
* Two years sales experience (Required)
* Business Development: One year (Preferred)
* Driving License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time - Salary: £18,000.00 to £40,000.00 /year
