Our client, based in Trafford Park, is looking for a bright individual who loves dealing with customers, has sold B2B and enjoys earning commission.

Responsibilities will include:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone or email
Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries. Whilst negotiating with customer to ensure you achieve set margins.
Record details of enquiries co-ordinate an activities diary.
Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments, ensuring that the stocks are available for promotions and expected delivery schedules that have been agreed.
Follow up on existing customer interactions, for repeat orders.
Produce weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Provide aftercare to customers to ensure happy with products and service and request feedback where possible
Skills and Experience Required:
B2B Sales Experience and of selling in to retailers and distributors
Good communication skills for knowing and understanding the needs of the client.
Should be able to thrive in competitive and dynamic environment.
Good negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good Presentation skills.
Time Management Skills.
Basic IT and numeracy skills
