Job Description

Working within a energetic and fast paced business in Selby we are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to work within the Sales Team which is made up of driven individuals who are committed to the business.

For this role you must have a proven track record of achieving KPI's within the sales arena and possess the ability to generate your own leads through a variety of sources. You will be skilled in managing your sales pipeline right through to conversion. Attention to detail is a must as is the ability to meet deadlines. An outstanding communicator, both verbal and written with a confident telephone manner. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills are also vital.

Key Responsibilities:
You will focus on developing our 5-year growth strategy,
Maintain positive relationships with our prospects.
Identify and build new potential relationships with prospects.
A passion for technology, websites, Social Media, SEO etc. is essential
Completion of all required documentation to facilitate the end t

The ideal candidate will be driven to deliver exceptional customer service and have strong attention to detail. You must want to be part of the continued success and growth the business is going through, there are development and training opportunities and the company will work with you on your career journey to support your ongoing development in the business. Being a fun and energetic team, you must be able to bring your sense of humour and personality to the role and business.

In return you will receive a basis salary of 23,000 and OTE 35,000, Monday to Friday office hours, no weekends, 25 days holiday per year plus 1 additional day for each completed year of service up to a max of 30 days at 5 years' service, 4 days remote (x1 office day per week, pension scheme, ongoing training and professional development.
