Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Account Manager
Office Location: Brighton & Hove
Salary expectations: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, + generous car allowance + fantastic commission structure with a very realistic OTE of £45,000 - £55,000+
You would be working for an award winning and market leading provider of telecom services to businesses throughout the country having been established since 1999.
They are looking for a self motivated Business Development Manager, with a hybrid mix of home and office working requirements with some field-sales requirements across the South East.
Successful candidates will receive:

What will you be doing?
" Lead generation
" Appointment booking
" Face to face and virtual prospect meetings
" Converting new business accounts
" Converting a minimum of 1 new business deals per month
Required skills (but not essential)
" Ability to take responsibility and work independently or able to work within a dynamic team
" Confident interpersonal and communication skills (face to face, phone and written)
" Sales and negotiation skills
" Enjoys working on the phone and holding meetings
" Minimum of 18 months past business to business sales experience and would be able to demonstrate good loyalty to a past employer whilst delivering results
" Experience in lead generation
" Ability to deliver presentations
