***BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS***

I am thrilled to be working with a great foodservice client in Leicester, who hold a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager! If you have experience in the foodservice industry, are a sales focused individual and looking for your next opportunity, this is not one to miss!

JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
SALARY: Competitive (dependent on experience) +BONUS
LOCATION: Leicester (field based)
HOURS: 45 hours (Monday - Friday)

THE ROLE:
" To invite new business, both from a list of prospective customers and from your own proposal.
" Sustaining good relationships with customers
" Hold great control of the Leicestershire field base, supervising existing business and developing new business
" Discover new business through successful sales analysis
" Hit sales and service level targets
" Constantly keep yourself in touch with product development, market trends and competition and always aim for maximum profitability

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
" Previous experience in a field-based sales role
" A great understanding of the foodservice sector, and proven sales experience
" Good product and customer knowledge
" An effective and strong communicator
" IT literate
