My clients are searching for an ambitious, energetic and dedicated Business Development Manager to help with the continued growth of the firm.
This is a permanent vacancy based in Sunderland, working Monday - Friday flexible hours depending on workload. With a very competitive salary and great benefits, this opportunity is not to be missed!
" You will be required to identify new market areas
" Promote the business through networking
" Using all aspects of social media such as LinkedIn and Twitter to heighten brand awareness and profile of the business
Your responsibilities will include the following (not exhaustive list):
" Develop a growth strategy
" Conduct research to identify new market and client needs
" Arrange business meetings with prospective clients/ third parties
" Keep records of sales, revenue and invoices - providing management with feedback
" Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients / third parties
" Proficient in the use of social media to promote the business
" Planning and preparing presentations

" Educated to Degree level in Business Marketing
" Evidence of developing client plans and client growth strategies
" Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
" Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
" Experience of working in the legal industry would be beneficial
" Negotiation and communication skills
" Time management and planning skills
" Strong analytical, forecasting, numeracy and presentation skills
" A positive attitude with lots of enthusiasm and initiative
